June 2008 marked our first trip to Honduras.  A group of six students made the journey not knowing quite what to expect.  They returned to the States five weeks later with an undeniable connection to a corner of the world neglected by so many others.  Highlights from the trip included:

• Holding clinic with two local physicians
• Appearing on TeleProgreso, a local Honduran news station
  
• A trip to the Bay Islands
• Daily playtime with local children
